Our primary objective is to ensure that all services provided for or on behalf of Nortech safely fulfills their stated contractual requirements and are provided at the agreed time, every time.

Our quality management system is dynamic and easily adapts to the evolving requirements to enhance the performance with respect to our clients, local and international regulations, industry standards and practices.

PERSONNEL SAFETY PROGRAM

The backbone of Nortech’s good safety record is the firm belief that safety is an “attitude” carried through to every aspect of the job. Training and information are also provided to constantly improve employee’s knowledge and safety.

The Company and/or Site HSE must ensure every person arriving to site is registered and has received a site-specific safety orientation prior to commencing work or a tour around the facility. Common coverages are but not limited to:

  • Station Bill (for offshore locations)
  • Site emergency evacuation routes
  • Alarms and safety signals
  • Muster points (Primary & Secondary)
  • Lifesaving equipment, firefighting equipment and other emergency equipment arrangements
  • Escape routes
  • Emergency roles and responsibilities
  • Smoking areas
